Welcome!

We believe that young dancers are capable of anything! Our Twinkle Toes Program offers the opportunity to learn routines, perform them, and feel a sense of accomplishment for participating in those moments. Simple tasks like entering the dance room alone, finding a place to move in the room, taking turns and following directions help little dancers learn beneficial life skills. All the while our young dancers are learning the fundamentals of dance and technique in a fun and loving environment, which will prepare them for the next level of dance classes. Our Twinkle Toes program implements these foundations while also allowing them to explore their own creativity and love for dance.

What will classes look like?

Ballet/Gym: In this combo class, students will learn the fundamentals of ballet including positions and terminology in a fun way they will remember! The “gymnastics” portion of the class is done in a creative to get students moving through stations while learning some very basic moves like somersaults, bear crawls, balance beam walks and more fun activities! Structured in a 45 minute block, students will have time to explore their movement in both genres.

Tap/Jazz: We believe that these two genres go hand in hand in the classroom. Starting with tap, students will learn beginning steps during class while also exploring those new shoes! In jazz class, they will also be given the freedom to really explore their movement with guided activities while also learning basic jazz steps. These classes will help your student learn rhythm and musicality. All the while, they are having fun doing it in a 45 minute class!

Performance Opportunities

Fall/Halloween: In studio performance, where we will invite the parents in to watch a little dance we will work on in our fall costumes!

Cocoa & Cookies: This is our studio’s Winter Showcase! Location TBD with more information to be handed out.

Valentine’s Day: In studio performance, to showcase our progress with a lovely dance. We will be taking home a special valentine too!

Spring: In studio performance, during our spring themed week. We will invite parents in to watch and show off what we’ve been working on!

Recital Time! Our annual recital will be the end of the year performance. Packets and info available at a later date.
