Tuition
Tuition is based on the entire year August – May. Monthly tuition is based on an average of 3.5 lessons per month as some months will only have 2 lessons due to vacations, but some will have as many as 5. No refunds will be given for classes canceled due to weather for instance classes will only be canceled due to hurricane protocol which will be followed through the county of Brevard. For any missed classes you are allowed to schedule a make-up class in your students age and level.
Tuition is due the 1st of the month and auto-billing is available. We accept Cash, AMEX, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and checks. Failure to pay tuition by the 7th of the month will result in an automatic $25 or 20% of your monthly tuition (whichever is greater) Late Fee. Any check that is returned due to insufficient funds will be billed a $25 Fee. If you owe more than 2 months of tuition, your child will not be allowed to participate in class, rehearsals or performances until payment arrangements have been made. This policy is not set forth to punish the child but to ensure the payment for services rendered.
All monies paid are non-refundable. If at any point you terminate enrollment at Dance By Holly Rock you will need to submit a written notice 30 days prior to cancellation. You are responsible for tuition up to the last day of enrollment. If you do not submit a 30 day written notice, you are responsible for tuition until one is given and/or the 30 days is up.

Siblings with the lowest Tuition will receive a 10% discount. To receive the sibling discount two or more children at the age of 18 or under must be taking classes. Discount given to the 2nd, 3rd, etc, children, on the lower priced tuition. Only applicable to classes, not competition fees, rehearsals, costumes, etc.

If your dancer is on the Unlimited Plan, Adult Classes are FREE

Dancer 1 takes 7 hrs/week
Dancer 2 takes 4 hrs/week
$275 + 166.50 (10% sibling discount on $185) = $441.50
EXAMPLE 2
Dancer 1 takes 7 hrs/week
Dancer 2 takes 6 hrs/week
$275 + 247.50 (10% sibling discount on $275) = $522.50
This family would be charged the Family Unlimited of $425/month

$10 class (punch card can be purchased for 12 classes for $100).
